Kurdish Cultural Association of Geneva, with the participation of a group of students from the association's educational programs, made a visit to the United Nations headquarters.

The purpose of this visit was to familiarize the students with the fundamental role that the United Nations plays in promoting international peace and security, as well as in organizing conferences on humanitarian and cultural issues. It also aimed to introduce them to the ongoing efforts of the UN to protect human rights and support sustainable development around the world.

This visit coincided with the celebration of International Human Rights Day, which takes place on December 10, to highlight the importance of raising awareness about the essential role of the United Nations in promoting values of justice and equality globally.
